# Hop Hop Hop Dance

> Replace characters in a fixed five-second cartoon dance. One image replaces foreground-right A and preserves background-left B; two required images replace A and B respectively. Local previews and phone transfer are public. Purchase video credits and submit a generation from your account.

## Current availability

- Public video generation: available to signed-in users with video credits. One credit per generation. Administrator tests are a separate permission-protected mode.

- The homepage contains sample artwork and video previews; these are examples, not results generated from your photo.
- Visitors can preview photos without sending them to Kie. Sign in to buy a pack and generate. A preview alone does not charge credits.
- This is an independent project, not affiliated with TikTok or the creators of the dance trend.

## Photo input

- Replace A only: image 1 fully replaces the large character at the front right at the start of the clip. The original blond character B at the back left is preserved.
- Replace A + B: both images are required. Image 1 maps to A and image 2 maps to B, regardless of upload order. Changing modes preserves image A; single mode never submits image B.
- Accepted files: JPEG, PNG and WebP. Maximum 10 MiB per file and 50 MiB aggregate validation limit.
- Use clear, well-lit faces and only photos you have permission to use. Confirm the photo consent checkbox before continuing.
- Submitting a generation sends selected images and the fixed reference video to Kie. One account credit is reserved atomically with task creation. Confirmed upload or provider-generation failures return that credit; an ambiguous submission keeps it reserved pending support review. Audio processing can be retried at no additional cost. Administrator tests use the provider balance without consuming account credits.

## Phone-to-computer transfer

- On desktop, scan the QR strip below the photo cards. Click it to enlarge the code or select an individual photo recipient. Choose a photo or take a selfie on the phone, then send it to the computer.
- A pairing expires after 5 minutes. The phone and computer must both be able to reach this deployment; a localhost address is not reachable from another device.
- Phone uploads are temporarily stored by this deployment for transfer. Stored image bytes are removed after the computer acknowledges receipt or the transfer is cancelled.
- Expired transfers cannot be retrieved. Expired records are removed during subsequent handoff activity; there is no guaranteed scheduled deletion deadline while the service is idle.
- Transferring a photo does not start generation or payment.
